Healthy Heart Formula

Healthy Heart FormulaHeart or cardiovascular diseases has been major health concern for modern people of all ages, not just old folks like it used to be many decades ago.  If you want to maintain a vibrant heart, stick to this healthy heart formula religiously.

The typical human heart beats approximately one 100,000 times a day. Even when we are resting, the heart works tirelessly. It’s in charge of maintaining the body supplied with fresh oxygen and nutrients and it also aids in cleaning up harmful waste products that the body produces, such as carbon dioxide. Since the heart is in charge of the body’s blood delivery system, it’s a major component of life and we should take good care of it.

However, many of us don’t even take into consideration our heart and its significance to life – at least not until something goes wrong and we’re forced to deal with the issues of cardiovascular disease. Don’t make the mistake of believing that because the heart beats automatically on its own without our conscious control, it’s impervious to our lifestyle and diet choices. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in America and worldwide, nearly 7 million people die annually from cardiovascular disease. That’s a lot of people.

Learn how to care about your heart – it is going to take you where you want to go in life. By considering a few very important tips and practicing them consistently, you can actually help to make your heart young and happy:

  • If you want your heart to be strong, you have to exercise it.
  • Make sure to eat an assortment of healthy foods and avoid foods high in bad fats, such as saturated fats and trans fats. Foods that are high in bad fats make the heart work less efficiently.
  • Consume a minimum of five servings of vegetables and fruit daily. Vegetables and fruit are full of essential vitamins and minerals, fiber, carbohydrates, and phytochemicals.
  • Refrain from sugary soft drinks and fruit drinks. Excessive sugar contributes to obesity which effects heart health.
  • Don’t smoke. Because it can damage the heart and blood vessels.

Supplements for healthy heart formula:

  • fish oil (omega 3) in a ratio of 2:1 of EPA & DHA has been shown to be ideal for heart health
  • CoEnzyme Q10: take 30 mg (in soft gel) daily  helps create blood levels and energy.  Also support liver kidneys health and every cell in your body.
  • Vitamin B complex: helps maintain a healthy heart in addition to maintaining homocysteine levels that are already in normal range.
  • Garlic is also good for your heart.  Nurture your heart with  significant levels of allicin,  a key component of garlic.

High Diastolic Blood Pressure Causes & Remedy

Diastolic blood pressure is the the pressure when the heart is resting and blood flowing back into it via the veins. In most cases, high diastolic blood pressure causes are from problems associated with your kidneys and your temper.

Every day, a person’s kidneys process about 200 quarts of blood to sift out about 2 quarts of waste products and extra water. The wastes and extra water become urine

Wastes in the blood come from the normal breakdown of active tissues, such as muscles, and from food. The body uses food for energy and self-repairs. After the body has taken what it needs from food, wastes are sent to the blood. If the kidneys did not remove them, these wastes would build up in the blood and damage the body.

The removal of wastes occurs in tiny blood vessels, or capillary, inside the kidneys. Each kidney has about a million  capillaries.  They act as filtering units, or sieve, and keep normal proteins and cells in the bloodstream, allowing extra fluid and wastes to pass through.  If these capillaries are plagued by cholesterol or too much waste products that the kidneys cannot process fast enough, blood pressure has to be raised in order to let blood flow through, just like the parable of a kitchen drain example.

Therefore, using drugs to lower the high diastolic blood pressure is not as effective as treating the kidneys by clearing up the capillaries.

Include hard-shell nuts in you diet such as pistachio, wall nuts, chest nuts, pecans, cashew nuts.  Also eat more black beans, black mushrooms (dried), seaweeds. There are Chinese herbs that aid in stronger kidneys function: Dangui, Sudi, Huangqi, Shanyao, Duzhong. If these are too much work, consider taking some chewable Lecithins. They do a very good job in reducing the bad cholesterol, both in the artery and the capillary.

Poisons and trauma can lead to kidney disease. Some over-the-counter medicines can be poisonous to the kidneys if taken regularly over a long period of time.

Every day, do some back exercise.  Slightly bend your back, using both hands, palms form  hallow shapes and tap your back where the kidneys are approximately located for about 5 minutes.  Then rub your entire ears for 3 minutes.

And remember, when you have high blood pressure, learn to  CONTROL your emotion and learn to relax!  When you are upset, anger, nervous, stressed out, or depressed, your diastolic, will most likely to be high and you feel very tired after a fight. This is because your body releases harmful hormones, and that adds to the already high workload for the kidneys.  Taking some Vitamin B complex can help calm you down.

What Causes Cancer

Cancer CellMedical researchers think that repeated exposure year after year to cancer-causing agents called carcinogens, and free radicals and the resulting damage to body organs and tissue, increases our risk of cancer.  Scientists agree that reducing exposure to known carcinogenic “triggers” is an excellent way to diminish the risk.

Let’s take a look at the American Institute of Cancer Research

Percentage of cancer deaths from various factors (1986):

  • Food                35%
  • Tobacco          30%
  • Occupation    4%
  • Alcohol            3%
  • Pollution         2%
  • Food Additives 1%

Food is related to cancer risk in several ways.  All cancer research organizations suggest that high-fat foods increase cancer risk.  They also assert that foods high in fiber reduce cancer risk.  In general, plant foods are higher in fiber and lower in fat content;  animal food has no fiber, contains cholesterol, and usually has high fat content.  That’s why we have begun to emphasize the role that fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and peas play in reducing the risk of all blood vessel diseases as well as certain cancers.  By emphasizing plant food in your diet, you get a two-for-one pay off!  You get a three-for-one with dark, leafy green, orange and yellow foods.  Their antioxidants help prevent cancer.
